A female red bellied woodpecker came for breakfast but got away before I had the camera ready. A brown headed nuthatch took advantage of a mid day lull to get a seed. A soggy cardinal and some house finches rounded off the wildlife. And it rained, and rained. Today will put us past 10" for July which must be a record. Still,
DEQ has most of the state in a drought.
